Recently, some applicants of Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) received fraudulent emails and phone calls purportedly made by the TVP Secretariat (the Secretariat), requesting them to submit sensitive information including bank account details.

The Secretariat would like to reiterate the following:

• Official emails from the Secretariat will be sent using the domain name “hkpc.org”;
• Calls from the Secretariat will display caller IDs starting with either 2788 or 2789; and
• If you receive any suspicious communication, please do not click on any links, provide personal/bank account details, or make any payments to unknown accounts.

We urge all TVP applicants to cautiously verify the authenticity of any communication related to the Secretariat before taking any action. If in doubt, please contact us directly using the following official channels:
